BANANA!!!

How can a fruit help your hair grow?

The vitamin A in the banana helps regulate the sebum on your scalp and the potassium is like an anti bacterial that helps unclog the hair follicle. 

You can use this in two ways, either you eat it or put in one your scalp. I’ve done both.

For me it’s easier to eat because the banana is part of my breakfast, but while putting it in your hair, it not only has those benefits but also adds shine to your hair.

If you’re putting it in your scalp:

1. Take a pretty ripe banana and smash it up
2. Wash your hair with shampoo and towel dry it
3. When it is damp, coat your hair in it throughly 
4. Place a shower cap over your head and let it soak in for 30 minutes
5. Wash it out of your hair with lukewarm water
